If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you during checkout or reach out after your order is placed.

🕒 Processing Time

Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days from our facility in Kannur, Kerala.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
During new launches, sales, or high-volume periods, there may be minor delays — but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

Metro Cities: 4–6 business days
Non-Metro & Rural Areas: 5–10 business days

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹899.
A flat shipping fee (displayed at checkout) applies to orders below ₹899.
Shipping charges for bulk or custom orders will be calculated based on order volume and destination, and shared at the time of quotation or checkout.
