  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
    • Clearance or final sale items
    • Gift cards
    • Personalized or custom-made products
    • Items marked as non-returnable in the product description

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Shipping charges may apply.

6. Refunds for Shipping Costs

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. If you received free shipping on your order and choose to return an item, the actual shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

7. International Returns

  • Customs and Duties: For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
